Vid jourärenden, ring in din anmälan!

För akuta fel, där det finns risk för skada på liv eller egendom, finns vår jour tillgänglig året runt, utanför den ordinarie arbetstiden. Här gäller principen att du som lägenhetsinnehavare själv bekostar utryckningen, om det inte gäller akuta ärenden som är direkt kopplade till fastigheten såsom läckage från taket, större elfel eller liknande. Tänk också på att du som bostadsrättsinnehavare är skyldig att vidta åtgärd om det inträffar en skada i din lägenhet som kan påverka andra delar av fastigheten. Är du osäker, stäm av med styrelsen innan du kontaktar jouren.

For urgent faults, where there is a risk of damage to life or property, the is an on-call service all year round, outside regular working hours. Here, the principle applies that you, as the apartment owner, pay for the call out yourself, unless it concerns urgent matters that are directly connected to the property, such as leakage from the roof, major electrical faults or the like. Also keep in mind that you, as a flat owner, are obliged to take action if damage occurs in your apartment that could affect other parts of the property.
