•  Från och med den 2 juni påbörjas installationen av elstolparna. Det innebär att alla platser mellan 15 och 24 måste vara tomma mellan kl. 07.00 och 17.00.  
•  Från och med den 1 juni kl.10.00 kommer vi att ha trädgårdsdag (Gårdsträff) varannan vecka. Då blir det v22/24/26, (uppehåll vecka 28) 30/32/34.  
• Alla parkeringsplatser har blivit uppsagt (sista juni upphör alla kontrakt). Om du bor i huset och har en bil och har haft en plats så får du en parkeringsplats. Om du har en el/hybrid bilen (eller tänker köpa i den närmaste framtiden) så kan du får en plats mellan 15-24. Priset för dom platserna öka till 500kr per månad. Om du vill har en plats mellan 15-24 och inte har en el/hybrid bil så får man kontrakt i bara 6 månader.
  
• Anticimex kommer tillbaka till visa lägenheter. Vi har fortfarande medlemmar som inte släppa in tekniker och vi fortfarande har fall på kackerlackor. Om vi kommer inte in i lägenheterna den har gången kommer vi debitera 500kr extra per besök om vi inte kan komma in till din lägenhet. Hus 4 anses nu vara fritt från kackerlackor, men vi har fortfarande fall i nummer 8.
• Från och med den 1 februari öppnar vi tvättstugan igen till kl 2200. Vi ber er dock att visa respekt för andra medlemmar och se till att ni städar rummen noggrant. Annars minskar vi tiden igen och överväger att ta bort tvättrummet helt. Om man inte respektera tvättstugan har styrelsen bestämt att stänga av medlemmar i en visste tid.

• Telia Update: det nya avtalet träder i kraft den 14 maj och de nya TV-boxarna har kommit.

• From the 2nd of June the installation of the electrical chargers will commence. This means that all spaces between 15 to 24 must be empty between the hours of 0700-1700.
• Starting June 1st at 10:00 AM, we will have a gardening day (Gårdsträff) every other week. Then it will be weeks 22/24/26, (break week 28) 30/32/34.
• All parking spaces have been terminated (all contracts expire at the end of June). If you live in the house and have a car and you have had a space you will get a parking space. If you have an electric/hybrid car (or plan to buy one in the near future), you can get a space between 15-24. The price for those spaces will increase to 500 SEK per month. If you want a space between 15-24 and do not have an electric/hybrid car, you will only get a contract for 6 months.
  
• Anticimex will be back to some apartments. We still have members who are not letting technicians in and we still have cases of cockroaches. If we do not get into the apartments that time, we will charge an extra 500 SEK per visit if we cannot get into your apartment. House 4 is now considered free from cockroaches, but we still have cases in number 8.
• As of the 1st of February we are reopening the laundry room until 2200. We do however ask that you show respect to your fellow members and make sure you clean the rooms thoroughly. Otherwise we will reduce the time again and consider taking away the wash room completely. If you do not respect the laundry room, the board has decided to suspend members for a certain period of time.
